helping families through A dignified divorce to achieve respectful resolutions

I enjoy my work as a family lawyer. Whilst the situations I encounter are often painful, I embrace the opportunity to bring hope through practical solutions that work. I do this by focusing on what really matters and developing specific approaches and strategies to avoid long, drawn-out, expensive disputes.

Working with many young families, I specialise in both parenting agreements and asset plans that focus on the well-being of children. I believe that my relative youth (compared to many family lawyers) helps here: I fully understand the challenges of young families and have a deeper appreciation of how much traditional family structures, roles and expectations have evolved and developed over recent years.

Away from work, my passion is my family. I have two young daughters and love spending time with them and my wife whether its going to the beach or on road trips down the coast.

Raised and educated on the Gold Coast, I have had the privilege of calling the Gold Coast my home for the last 39 years. I completed a Bachelor of Law degree at Bond University and was admitted as a legal practitioner in the Supreme Court of Queensland in June 2008. I practice exclusively in family law.

I don’t just go through the motions and I certainly don’t adopt any ‘cookie cutter’ approach to what I do. I adopt a range of different approaches (legal and relationship focused) to get you what you need.
